Yes, all my babies are checked by my veterinarian prior to leaving for their forever homes.
Do my puppies have any type of guarantee of health? Yes, I have an incredible health guarantee that is part of the contract. Please view that by clicking here “Health Guarantee”.
My price point may not be established on occasional puppies until the age of 8 weeks. At this point, I can determine a more accurate charting weight as well as the reflected quality and true value of the puppy. This also gives me, as the breeder, an opportunity to evaluate the puppy to determine if I wish to hold back the puppy for my own breeding program.
My teacup Yorkshire Terrier puppy prices start at $5,500–$7,500+, depending on size, gender, and genetics. Teacup puppies range from 2 to 4 lbs full grown and require much more care and attention, sometimes requiring tube and hand feeding every 2 hours, 24/7. I have gone many sleepless nights caring for these little ones.
My standard Yorkshire Terrier puppy prices start at $3,500–$5,000+, depending on size, gender, and genetics. Standard puppies range from 5 to 8 lbs full grown.

Yes, your baby will be UTD on their distemper/PARVO vaccines as well as worming when you receive your baby. I also have a veterinarian exam completed on all of my babies just prior to them leaving for their forever home.
Yes, I do, but any holding fee is 100% non-refundable regardless of circumstances or reasons. This is non-negotiable. The holding fee is to reserve your place in line to pick. It will be applied to the puppy at pick-up.
No, I do not offer pedigree papers as I sell as “pet ONLY.” I DO NOT offer BREEDING RIGHTS! All of my Yorkshire Terriers are FCI only.
No, the quality of my Yorkshire Terriers speaks for itself. My pricing is non-negotiable.
Yes! Once you choose your puppy, I will offer updated photos and/or videos once every other week of your puppy.
I have several different ways for you to receive your puppy. I have a professional lap nanny service available to fly your puppy to your nearest airport. Furthermore, I also have a professional ground courier that can drive your puppy directly to your home for you. Of course, you are always welcome to fly into Michigan and pick up your puppy at my home as well.
Just fill out my “Puppy Application,” and then I can contact you to let you know what puppies I currently have available. If I don’t have any babies currently available, you are welcome to be added to my waiting list. To be added to my waiting list, I do require a $500 Holding Fee.
Unfortunately, I don’t. You need to pick up your puppy on the agreed-upon date. If you cannot keep to that for any reason, the puppy will be put back up for sale, and you will forfeit any waitlist or holding fee. Unfortunately, every time I have kept a puppy past pick-up, the buyers end up backing out last minute. If you can’t make picking up your puppy a priority, you probably won’t in a few weeks. I have always tried to do the nice thing for people in this situation, and it has ended up in failure to pick up the puppy at the very last minute. I will charge $45 per day starting on the next calendar day after failed pickup for boarding until you do pick your puppy up.
I prefer cash, CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal because I don’t get charged a processing fee.
